Terms of use

All credit card orders shipped to cardholder's address only, which will be verified before processing the order. Credit card purchases will be shipped within one to five days of your order, except items that have to be back ordered. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. Purchases to be shipped to an address different than the cardholder's address must be paid by check only, with a ten-day waiting period. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your item(s) is shipped. Most items will arrive at your location within 3-10 business days. Please allow up to 6 weeks from the date your merchandise is shipped to arrive at your location. In the unlikely event your item has to be backordered, you will be notified by e-mail and given an approximate shipping date. You may cancel a backordered item via e-mail or phone call up until the date the item is shipped. Once your order has left our warehouse it cannot be cancelled.

All merchandise in excess of fifty pounds will most likely be shipped motor freight. Purchaser is responsible to have the necessary manpower and/or lifting equipment available when your merchandise arrives at your location. The approximate weight of equipment can be found on the specs sheet page for the related equipment. The truck will arrive at your street with tailgate access. Purchaser is responsible for moving the merchandise from the tailgate to its final destination. A signature will be required at time of delivery.

All equipment is insured shipped and inspected for damage prior to shipping to your address. You are required to inspect the entire shipment when you receive it to make sure it is complete and undamaged. Purchaser has the right to refuse any merchandise that arrives damaged. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to report all damages to the shipping company and Air Waves Heating & Air Inc. immediately so your damage claim can be made with the shipping company. Air Waves Heating & Air Inc. will assist you with making a damage claim and will do everything possible to have replacement merchandise shipped to you ASAP.

Returns

You may return unused unopened merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your order. All returned merchandise must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. You must contact the AirConditioning-Heating-AirWaves.com customer service department immediately at 1-803-754-9099. You will be issued an RMA (Returned Authorization Number) and will be given instructions on how to prepare the merchandise for return shipping. The RMA number should be clearly posted on the outside of the package. Merchandise that is returned without an RMA number will be refused. You must pay all return shipping cost back to us. Upon inspection of the returned equipment to make sure it is in its original packaging, undamaged, no missing parts or pieces and if there is no evidence that the equipment was ever installed you will be entitled to a refund of the original purchase price minus shipping cost and minus a 15% restocking fee. Any merchandise that is found to be other than new and unused will be returned shipped collect.

In the unlikely event you are shipped equipment that does not match your original order, you must contact the AirConditioning-Heating-AirWaves.com service department immediately at 1-803-754-9099. We will review your order to verify what was shipped incorrectly. You will be issued an RMA (Returned Authorization Number) and will be given instructions on how to prepare the merchandise for return shipping. We will pay return shipping back to us. Upon inspection of the returned equipment for damages, missing parts or pieces, we will reship your original order provided everything was returned completely, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging as requested. Air Waves Heating & Air Inc. will do everything possible to have the correct merchandise shipped back to you ASAP. You will be entitled to a refund only if the equipment you originally ordered is no longer available.

Airconditioning-Heating-AirWaves.com will do everything possible to get your correct merchandise shipped but will not, however, be responsible for any hardship, incidental or consequential damages caused by delays in the process of getting your correct order shipped back to you.

This type of heating and/or air conditioning equipment is intended to be permanently installed in some type of building, dwelling or other structure, thus requiring holes to be drilled for screws, duct tape, alterations to wiring, etc., as needed to complete the installation. Once this equipment has been removed from its original packaging and/or installed, it cannot be returned.

Warranty

The warranty of equipment can be found on the specs sheet page for the related equipment. The manufacturer warrants all equipment as stated in the warranty documentation shipped with or inside the equipment. Any warranty claims are to be directed to the manufacturer. You may have representation by the manufacturer in your area. We advise you to check with your local heating and air installer before making your purchase to verify that he/she can represent the manufacturer in the event that a warranty claim is made.

AirConditioning-Heating-AirWaves.com does not offer, imply or express any warranty beyond that of the manufacturer. The warranty of equipment can be found on the specs sheet page for the related equipment.

Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to have only a licensed heating and air-conditioning installer install this merchandise in compliance with your Federal, State and local building code. If you choose not to have a licensed heating and air-conditioning installer install this merchandise, you do so at your own risk. It is your responsibility to consult your local heating and air conditioning installer, your local building inspector, electrician and gas fitter and/or plumber prior to purchasing this equipment to make sure it is the correct choice and BTU capacity for its intended use. You assume all liability and responsibility for any destruction to property, personal injury, and death or any other loss that might occur if this merchandise is installed incorrectly, sized incorrectly, used incorrectly, wired incorrectly, not used for its intended purpose or is installed and/or used in any way that is not in compliance with Federal, state, or local building code.
